Key Responsibilities- Manage and optimize software assets to ensure compliance and drive efficiency across the organization.
- Develop and implement effective asset management strategies to minimize risks and optimize software usage.
- Collaborate with various departments to effectively communicate and negotiate with stakeholders to implement best practices.
- Lead a team to deliver on all aspects of the business-as-usual service, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership qualities to manage a team, share knowledge, and upskill/coach colleagues.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of software licensing models for large vendors, particularly IBM, Microsoft, and SAP.
- Knowledge of legal matters pertaining to licensing, including copyrights, designs, and patents.
- Experience of dealing with large vendor audits, either directly or through an audit consultancy.
- Proven innovative approach to complex license issues, both with new purchasing requirements and non-compliance issues.
- A competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000, dependent on experience.
- An annual bonus of up to 25% of salary.
- A contributory pension scheme, up to 20%, including your 8% contribution.
