Job Title: Asset Management Surveyor

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Surveyor to join our client's team in Stratford-upon-Avon. As a key member of the property management team, you will play a crucial role in delivering asset management and property management across the organization's property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist senior management in developing and implementing asset management strategies to drive value and meet business objectives.
  • Plan and deliver asset management activities, including lettings, rent review, and lease renewal, to manage risk and maximize performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance with regulatory and RICS standards.
  • Develop and deliver annual business plans for individual properties to maximize performance.
  • Manage property compliance data accurately and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Deliver short-term projects as agreed with your line manager.
Requirements:
  • Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • Experience in asset and property management
  • Strong knowledge of Landlord and Tenant legislation
  • Good analytical skills and ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment
  • Ability to manage outsourced advisors and providers
  • Strong understanding and implementation of financial cashflow, appraisal, and valuation methodologies
What We Offer:
  • Excellent basic salary of between £45,000 and £55,000 per annum
