Property Investment Asset Management Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled MRICS qualified Surveyor to join our Property Investment team based in Stratford-Upon-Avon. As a Property Investment Asset Management Surveyor, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of our property/asset portfolio to optimise its performance. You will work closely with our team to manage our large property/asset portfolio (circa £1.7bn) and create strong and productive landlord/tenant and supplier relationships. You will travel across the UK regularly to manage properties and ensure that our investment fundamentals are managed effectively to create performance. This role is ideal for someone wanting to start their career as a newly qualified/couple of year qualified surveyor, as it will offer exposure with long-term progression opportunities. We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience, car allowance or company car, and a contributory pension scheme. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including annual bonus, health and wellbeing plan, and employee volunteering opportunities. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • MRICS qualified Surveyor
  • Experience in property management, L&T and asset management
  • Strong understanding of the UK property investment market, valuation methodologies and an appreciation of how property can deliver positive investment outcomes
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both in writing and presentations
  • Hold a valid UK Drivers Licence and be able to travel as required for the role
