Job Title: Fire Safety Surveyor

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Fire Safety Surveyor to join our FRA team at Fraser Edwards Recruitment. As a Fire Safety Surveyor, you will be responsible for surveying and completing reports for external and internal FRA door works, as well as reporting on the condition of existing doors and whether refurbishment or replacement works are required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Survey and complete reports for external and internal FRA door works
  • Report on the condition of existing doors and whether refurbishment or replacement works are required
  • Carry out surveys for fire doors across all properties and communal areas
  • Ensure correct paperwork is completed
  • Ensure work is done to a high standard
  • Complete and deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors
  • Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Carpentry or City & Guilds (desirable)
  • Social housing experience (desirable)
  • FRA experience (desirable)
