About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Surveyor to join our team at Hays Construction and Property. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting senior management in delivering property asset management and property management across our organisation's property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist senior management in driving value through short- or long-term asset management strategies to meet objectives.
  • Plan and deliver asset management activity, including lettings, rent review, and lease renewal, to manage risk and maximise performance.
  • Assist senior management in creating strong and lasting landlord and tenant relationships, in line with business objectives and regulatory and RICS standards.
  • Deliver annual business plans for individual properties to maximise performance.
  • Accurately manage property compliance data.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders, including valuers, agents, and lawyers.
  • Deliver on short-term projects as agreed with your line manager.

Requirements:

  • Be degree educated.
  • Be a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
  • Have experience in the delivery of asset and property management.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
