The Mental Health Patient Navigator will play a crucial role in supporting patients and healthcare professionals within our IT support group. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaise with patients and GPs to discuss treatment options and provide emotional support
- Process clinical tasks, such as answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Manage incoming mail and repeat prescriptions to maintain accurate records
