About the Role

As a Technical Officer, you will work in a hybrid setup, spending 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely. Your key responsibilities include delivering technical support, product implementation, and training to clients in the marine sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and install product dispensers and pumps on marine vessels and land-based units.
  • Respond to customer queries, conduct field investigations, and troubleshoot as needed.
  • Provide clients with documentation, training, and support in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure product installations and systems comply with maritime regulatory and safety guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments and maintain all Health & Safety requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Graduate degree in Marine Biology or Marine Engineering.
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  5. Creative problem-solving skills.
  6. A willingness to travel across Europe and globally.
  7. A valid driving license.
