As a HSE Lead, you will be responsible for delivering timely and effective health, safety, and environmental support and advice across the business. This is a critical role in ensuring the company operates a "safety first" culture, leading on training and coaching, overseeing the reporting and investigation of incidents, and embedding a continuous improvement approach to our HSE culture and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HSE matters to employees and management.
  • Lead on training and coaching to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to work safely.
  • Oversee the reporting and investigation of incidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Embed a continuous improvement approach to our HSE culture and performance.

TXM Recruit is a rapidly expanding Rail company based in Staffordshire. We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and are seeking a HSE Lead to join our team. What We Offer:

The successful candidate will have a salary of up to £45,000 per annum, working day shift Monday to Friday, as well as a performance-based annual bonus. This is a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
