Deputy Hotel Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Hotel Manager to join our team at Premier Inn.

About the Role

As a Deputy Hotel Manager, you will play a pivotal part in the successful daily running operation of all departments, including Front of House, Back of House, and housekeeping teams. You will be responsible for ensuring our guests and team are kept safe, internal audits are successfully passed, and compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive commercial best practice to maximise revenue opportunities and manage controllable costs to deliver a strong business performance.
  • Ensure brand standards are consistently maintained and utilise guest feedback to increase performance against KPI targets.
  • Lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with company standards.
  • Engage regularly with guests and continuously coach the team to deliver their full potential.
