Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team at Sanctuary Property Services. As a key member of our maintenance operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating repairs and maintenance activities across our extensive portfolio of properties.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day repairs and voids, ensuring high-quality workmanship and efficient use of resources.
- Inspect completed works to ensure value for money and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain a safe working environment, promoting health and safety best practices among team members.
- Handle customer complaints and service breakdowns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize and complete work efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Participate in an out-of-hours rota as supervisor contact, providing support and guidance to team members.
- Hold a relevant trade qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) and ILM membership or be willing to undertake the qualification with Sanctuary Group's support.
- Recent experience in a similar role, preferably in building maintenance or facilities management.
- Working knowledge of health and safety legislation and its application.
- Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Valid UK driving license, as this role involves driving a company vehicle.
