Service Delivery Manager

Sanctuary Group is seeking a skilled Service Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day repairs and maintenance services for our extensive portfolio of properties across the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the operatives on repairs/installation, organizing the team to work on all stock across the region, and reacting to and dealing with emergencies as they arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day repairs and voids, ensuring they are carried out to a high standard
  • Inspect works completed to ensure they represent value for money
  • Maintain compliance for health and safety, ensuring it is promoted and adhered to
  • Handle complaints and breakdowns in service to meet customer expectations
  • Work with colleagues to ensure work is arranged, prioritized, and completed in an efficient manner
Requirements:
  • Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject, plus ILM membership or currently undertaking the qualification
  • Recent experience of undertaking a similar role, preferably within a building maintenance or facilities management environment
  • Working knowledge of the application of Health and Safety legislation
  • Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritizing workloads
  • Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
