Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our team at Nuffield Health. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality clinical care to our patients, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our physiotherapy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert physiotherapy services to a wide range of patients, including those with musculoskeletal conditions and post-operative cases.

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans, taking into account the individual needs and goals of each patient.

  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and optimal patient outcomes.

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our physiotherapy services, including the design and delivery of clinical programs and the evaluation of patient outcomes.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in physiotherapy, and apply this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote excellence in patient care.

Requirements

  • BSc in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.

  • Health and Care Professions Council registration.

  • Experience of working in a clinical leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of clinical services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage a varied workload, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including electronic patient records and other clinical tools.
