Sheffield Health and Social Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Transformation Programme Manager to join their team. As a Transformation Programme Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex transformation programmes to support the delivery of the Transformation Portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project implementation, excellent stakeholder management, communications, planning, and risk and issue management skills. They will also have experience of working within project and programme governance structures, reporting as appropriate, and providing decision-ready information.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a real difference to the people we serve. The salary for this role is £70,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

  1. Manage complex transformation programmes to support the delivery of the Transformation Portfolio
  2. Work with clinical and operational leads to deliver projects that meet the needs of service users, carers, and families
  3. Have a proven track record of successful project implementation, excellent stakeholder management, communications, planning, and risk and issue management skills
  4. Experience of working within project and programme governance structures, reporting as appropriate, and providing decision-ready information
  5. Lead, motivate, and influence project teams to achieve project objectives
