About the Role

As a key member of our Transformation Unit, you will play a vital role in supporting researchers in securing funding for impactful projects and solutions. With a strong understanding of research funding systems, you will help identify opportunities, manage proposal submissions, and build relationships with funding agencies.

Reporting into the Funding Research Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Research Grant Support: Provide guidance, oversight, and hands-on support to ensure that all research proposals meet the highest standards.
  • Funding Coordination: Collaborate with The Children's Hospital Charity to coordinate research funding calls, contributing to impactful research that advances healthcare.
  • Process Management: Oversee grant applications, awards, and projects to ensure seamless administration, from initiation to completion, following established requirements and procedures.
