Key Responsibilities
As a Programme Director at Turner & Townsend, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to programmes, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Develop and implement programme strategies, aligning with business objectives and client needs.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
Oversee programme budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
Manage programme risks, identifying and mitigating potential issues to ensure delivery success.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members, ensuring open and transparent communication.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to programme delivery.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Essential
Proven experience in programme management, with a strong track record of delivering complex programmes.
Strategic leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement programme strategies aligned with business objectives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Desirable
Experience working in a similar industry or sector, with knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
Hold a professional certification in programme management, such as APMP or PRINCE2.
Ability to travel frequently, with a valid passport and any necessary visas.
