Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Nec Supervisor to join our team in Sheffield, UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to take on a key role in delivering large-scale construction programmes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing NEC Supervisor services as defined in the NEC3 ECC, reporting into Project Leads for each element of the Recap Programme. Key duties include:

  • Undertaking independent scrutiny of works to ensure correct materials and standards are used
  • Identifying and preventing potential issues through foresight and effective management
  • Maintaining contemporary records of all observations and managing defects that arise

This is a demanding yet rewarding role that requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a large project team.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have:

  • NEC Supervisor or NEC Project Manager Accreditation
  • Relevant construction degree or equivalent qualification
  • Significant experience in construction operations and a good understanding of construction methods
