**Job Title:** Senior Programme Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Programme Manager to join our expanding Real Estate team in Sheffield.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction/refurbishment projects, ideally in a consultancy environment. The successful applicant will be responsible for leading project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • To lead project management commissions, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • To act as the key client interface, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • To plan, coordinate, and execute projects from conception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, health, and environmental standards are met.
  • To establish effective project governance, processes, and systems to ensure successful project delivery.
  • To manage cross-functional project teams, monitor progress, and apply performance management techniques to improve project performance.
  • To advise on procurement strategies, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified in a relevant discipline (desirable).
  • Proven experience managing construction/refurbishment projects in a consultancy environment (essential).

Salary:** £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
