The Role of the Senior Business Development ManagerThis is a key role that involves identifying and developing business opportunities to drive revenue growth and support the company's expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and partners
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, market analysis and networking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus bonuses and benefits
