Aerospace Technical Training Specialist

The Gold Group is seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Technical Training Specialist to join our team in London Gatwick Airport. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical training to our Part 145 staff.
About the Role
This is a 12-month contract position that offers a competitive salary range of £50-£55 per hour, paid weekly. You will work Monday to Friday, delivering training programs that meet our organization's needs and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer and technical training needs assessments to determine appropriate training content and objectives.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, including human factors, FTS, and EWIS theoretical and practical training.
- Prepare technical training materials and improve existing courses to ensure consistency in delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or an Aerospace Engineering degree. Previous experience in aircraft technical training is also essential. Additionally, you must be conversant with EASA regulations and have experience working within an MRO environment.
