Job Title: Aerospace Maintenance Specialist

The role of an Aerospace Maintenance Specialist at Line Up Aviation involves providing engineering operational support to Flight Operations, ensuring the continued safe operation of aircraft. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive type training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance inspections and repairs as directed by the nominated LAE Supervisor.
  • Leading teams to high standards and accomplishing maintenance tasks, including avionic and electrical systems.
  • Supervising avionic and electrical fitters and certifying their work.
  • Conducting off-aircraft avionic and electrical technical work in the Av workshop as required.
  • Assisting in the day-to-day running of the aircraft Hangar, including aircraft movement and general housekeeping responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • A thorough knowledge of helicopter avionic and electrical systems.
  • Knowledge of specialised test equipment relating to avionic and electrical systems.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of CAA regulations, particularly Pt 145, Part M Continued Airworthiness Management (CAM).
  • Aircraft Line Maintenance experience.
  • Experience with SAP and ERP software.
