We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Maintenance Expert to join our team at Qualitair Aviation Group, a Randstad Company. As a Senior Aircraft Engineer, you will play a crucial role in leading the Engineering activities to prevent and/or recover AOGs worldwide.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving safe, efficient, and expedient actions in support of Engineering and operational needs. With a strong technical background as a licensed engineer, you will have the ability to hold CAA/EASA approvals and company approvals.

Key Requirements:

  • Aircraft Maintenance Experience: B1/B2 license holder with experience in aircraft maintenance or Maintrol Control Centres within operational environments.
  • Qualifications: HNC/HND or equivalent in an Aerospace Engineering subject, recognised Aircraft Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience.
  • Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary (£60,000 - £80,000 per annum) with bonus opportunity, Annual Management Performance Bonus scheme, Additional Premium pay when working on Bank Holidays due to Shift Roster, Company Pension scheme, Life Insurance benefit paid by the company, and more.
