Senior Aerospace Training Specialist

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team at Line Up Aviation. This is a contract position, based at London Gatwick Airport, with a 12-month duration.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training to our Part 145 staff, ensuring that all training meets the highest industry standards. This will involve delivering training in a variety of formats, including classroom-based, eLearning, and virtual training.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering technical training courses, including continuation training on HF, FTS, and EWIS theoretical and practical topics.
- Preparing technical training materials, including course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids.
- Delivering technical training in a practical manner, using various delivery methods.
- Maintaining strong organisational skills and ability to build and deliver effective training programmes to meet operational needs.
The ideal candidate will have a UK/EASA Part 66 Licence or an Aerospace Engineering degree, along with experience in aircraft technical training or within an MRO environment. A good working knowledge of Office 365 is also required.
**What We Offer**
