My client in the aerospace industry is looking for a skilled Aerospace Component Specialist to join their team. As a key member, you will contribute to clients' savings associated with Value Engineering, managing warranties and guarantees, and other value stream activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert for engineering/technical issues, providing subject matter expertise to other departments.
  • Generate penalty claims related to Shop Processing Time/Turnaround Time guarantees.
  • Maintain the company's Processing Time database.
  • Support the department manager with tasks and technical projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Help enforce contract guarantees.
  • Develop strong MS Office skills, including Excel and internet proficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with training & development opportunities.
  • This role involves 100% office-based work initially, with potential WFH options after probation.

The salary for this position ranges from £29,000+ depending on experience. The role is located in Southern Berkshire, UK.
