We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Curriculum Team Leader to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Curriculum Team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of various programs that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary for their future success through outstanding education and training.

About the Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for an innovative and passionate teacher and industry-skilled specialist to make a significant impact on the lives of young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities. The Curriculum Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating and leading a team of educators, delivering teaching each year while completing relevant preparation and marking tasks.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of programs that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary for their future success
  • Coordinate and manage a team of educators to deliver outstanding education and training experiences
  • Set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential and supervise staff within your area to meet high expectations and college KPIs

This role requires recent experience leading or working as part of a team in an education establishment, with evidence of delivering strong outcomes and high-quality teaching and learning. A teaching qualification, level 2 literacy, and numeracy or equivalent are essential, along with a relevant professional/vocational qualification in SEND. We offer a competitive salary of £48,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience and location, and a range of benefits including access to a teachers' pension scheme, up to 50 days annual leave, and on-site gyms, restaurants, and salons.
