We are looking for a skilled and experienced Curriculum Team Leader to join our team at CV-Library. As a key member of our Curriculum Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of programs that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary for their future success.

About the Job

This is a unique opportunity for an innovative and passionate teacher and industry-skilled specialist to make a significant impact on the lives of young people and adults with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities. You will possess relevant knowledge, skills, and experience working with and supporting students with SEND, as well as delivering, assessing, and verifying pre-entry to Level 1 study programs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver programs that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary for their future success
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver outstanding education and training experiences
  • Set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential and supervise staff within your area to meet high expectations and college KPIs

This role requires a teaching qualification, level 2 literacy, and numeracy or equivalent, along with a relevant professional/vocational qualification in SEND. We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience and location, and a range of benefits including access to a teachers' pension scheme, up to 50 days annual leave, and on-site gyms, restaurants, and salons.
