About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Educational Leader and Special Needs Coordinator to join our team at Bramcote Hills Primary School.

As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for leading teaching and learning, as well as providing strategic support for students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of outstanding teaching and leadership skills, with a strong commitment to ensuring the achievement and nurture of students with additional needs.

You will work closely with parents/carers, staff, and external agencies to provide high-quality support and resources for students with SEND.

In addition, you will contribute to the development of our school's curriculum and policies, as well as participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead teaching and learning across the school
  • Provide strategic support for students with SEND
  • Work closely with parents/carers, staff, and external agencies
