Teaching Opportunity

Polaris is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Primary School Educator to join our team.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students, helping them to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging and challenging lessons, monitoring and assessing student progress, and maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers.

We are committed to providing our students with the highest quality education and support, and we believe that our SEN educator will play a key role in achieving this goal.

About the Role:

  • Design and deliver high-quality lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
  • Monitor and assess student progress, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and development

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education or related field
  • Experience working with children and young people with special educational needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary up to £37,500.00 per annum, plus SEN allowance of £2,679
