We are seeking a dedicated and passionate educator to lead our team in delivering exceptional education and training programs for students with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities.

About the Role

As a key member of our Curriculum Team, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of programs that equip students with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours necessary for their future success. Your expertise and experience in working with students with SEND will enable you to inspire and motivate them to achieve their full potential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of special needs programs and ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes
  • Coordinate and manage a team of educators to deliver outstanding education and training experiences
  • Set SMART targets to enable students to reach their potential and supervise staff within your area to meet high expectations and college KPIs

This role requires recent experience leading or working as part of a team in an education establishment, with evidence of delivering strong outcomes and high-quality teaching and learning. A teaching qualification, level 2 literacy, and numeracy or equivalent are essential, along with a relevant professional/vocational qualification in SEND.

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience and location. In addition, you will benefit from access to a teachers' pension scheme, up to 50 days annual leave, and a range of benefits including on-site gyms, restaurants, and salons.
