We are currently seeking a skilled Level 3 Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in leading our balanced curriculum with child-led and adult-led activities.
The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in childcare (NNEB, NVQ3, EYE or equivalent) and at least 2 years of experience in a nursery setting. You will be responsible for mentoring staff to ensure children meet their next developmental steps in structured and child-led activities.
In addition to your teaching skills, you will also be responsible for ensuring the quality of the environment within the room enriches the child's learning and interests. This includes adhering to all health and hygiene procedures.
