Care Services Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Maintenance Specialist to provide exceptional caretaking services to our residents in Bedford and surrounding villages.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean and safe communal areas, supervising contractors, conducting health and safety inspections, and carrying out general basic maintenance tasks.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with good customer service skills, cleaning and caretaking experience, and the ability to handle challenging situations. The ideal candidate will also possess good organisational skills, basic IT skills, and a current valid UK driving licence.
As a Mobile Maintenance Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary of £23,088 per annum, including a van provided for work use. You will also receive 28 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, rising to 33 days with length of service, a contributory pension scheme, private health care, free life assurance, enhanced family leave, and access to wellbeing services and tools.
