Cerise Healthcare is seeking exceptional Care and Support Professionals to work with our client, providers of support to Adults with Learning Disabilities who reside in a Supported Living Service.


Key Responsibilities
  • Assist service users with all aspects of their life, including personal care, managing challenging behavior, and accessing the community.
  • Provide person-centered care, enhancing the service users' lifestyle and promoting respect and dignity.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.

Requirements
  • Recent experience in healthcare, with a focus on supporting individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Good understanding of written and verbal English, as well as basic numeracy skills.
  • Current DBS on the update service or willingness to undertake one.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a patient approach.
  • Knowledge of Safeguarding of Vulnerable Adults (SOVA) and commitment to equality and diversity.
