Senior Sales Development Manager EMEA

The Senior Sales Development Manager EMEA will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and expanding our sales development team in Europe, Middle East, and Africa. This role involves ensuring a consistent flow of qualified leads to support our sales organization.
This position requires 5+ years of experience in sales development or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership position within a startup organization managing the EMEA region.
We are looking for a strong leader with excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities. The successful candidate should have proficiency with CRM and sales technology.
$120,000 - $150,000 per annum depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
