Technical Service Desk 1st Line Support Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Service Desk 1st Line Support Engineer to join our team at AWD online. As a Technical Service Desk 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network equipment
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
- Collaborate with other support teams to resolve technical issues
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune, and Defender
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and providing support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with Active Directory and user management tasks
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA) for incident management
- Understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to email (Outlook, Exchange) and other productivity tools
