About the Role

We're seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our Sales team. This role will report to our Head of Sales and be responsible for managing some of the most valuable partnerships for Ocean Bottle, scaling our portfolio of high-potential and high-value accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build long-term relationships with key accounts, growing their financials, marketing efforts, engagement, and satisfaction.
  • Shape key accounts' strategy and set ambitious goals to develop key relationships that deliver high-value returns for the business.
  • Deliver exceptional growth and experience to key partners, including leading commercial discussions and delivering sustainable, long-term growth.
  • Lead commercial discussions with account partners to build sustainable long-term partnerships.
  • Identify key growth opportunities to come up with new ways to add value to existing partnerships.
  • Act as an ambassador of the OB mission, brand, and product.
What You'll Get

We're offering a competitive salary of £50,000 - £55,000, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including stock options, enhanced annual leave, flexible working, family leave, private medical insurance, mental health support, and learning perks.
