Senior Strategic Account Manager

Amazon Business is a rapidly expanding global business with a $35 billion dollar market presence. We are seeking a Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our team and help us innovate and disrupt the status quo in the B2B space.
We are looking for a highly experienced sales professional who can develop and implement a territory customer account management plan, educate and network with key prospect and customer contacts, and accelerate spend adoption within our portfolio of strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a territory customer account management plan to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Educate and network with key prospect and customer contacts through events, thought leadership engagements, and coordination with other Amazon teams.
- Accelerate spend adoption within your portfolio of strategic accounts by identifying and developing opportunities, negotiating and closing deals, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales and account management, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions.
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA or Masters in Management.
- Experience in B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience.
