Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Domiciliary Support Worker to join our team in Leek. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives while enjoying the flexibility of working for a reputable home care provider.
Responsibilities:
- Visiting clients in their own homes for companionship and support
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
- Engaging in activities that promote mental and emotional well-being, such as reading or watching TV
- Accompanying clients on outings to places of their choice
- Maintaining open and honest communication with clients and their families
Requirements:
- No prior experience is required; we offer comprehensive in-house training
- A full driver's license and dependable transportation
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
- Reliability and punctuality
- A caring, friendly disposition
Salary: £12.50-£13.50 per hour
