Job Overview

As a Care Companion with Home Instead, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients. You will work on a one-to-one basis, providing support and companionship to individuals in their own homes. Responsibilities
  • Offering warmth and care during evening visits
  • Aiding in light household chores and meal preparations
  • Supporting clients with personal care tasks such as showering, washing hair, and getting changed
  • Taking clients out to places of their choice, e.g., local shops
  • Ensuring transparent communication with clients and loved ones
Requirements
  • No experience required; comprehensive in-house training provided
  • Full driver's licence and dependable transportation
  • Flexibility to work alternate weekends
  • Reliability and punctuality
  • Caring and friendly disposition
  • Living in or close proximity to Leek
Compensation

£12.50 - £13.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
