About the Job:
- Work closely with the class teacher to develop and implement individualized education plans

Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualified Teaching Assistant with experience working with children and special needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
