We're recruiting for a highly skilled and compassionate Autism Support Professional to join our team at Protocol Education Ltd. This full-time position involves providing individualized support to a year 9 student with autism, helping them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism and its effects on behaviour, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with similar needs.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Provide one-to-one support to enhance the student's independence and social skills
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and reduce challenging incidents
  • Maintain accurate records of progress and outcomes
