Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive daily rate of £96-£105 (approximately £24,000-£26,300 per annum) on a Permanent PAYE contract.

You will also benefit from ongoing professional development opportunities and work alongside experienced SEND professionals.

Job Description
  • Support students with autism and special educational needs in both one-on-one and small group settings.
  • Help students access the curriculum, engage in learning, and develop independence.
  • Collaborate with class teachers to set up individual schedules and tailored learning systems.

You will create a structured, nurturing classroom environment where every child can achieve their potential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A compassionate and enthusiastic individual committed to supporting children with autism and special educational needs.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to provide individualised support effectively.

Previous experience in education, care, or a related field is highly desirable.
