Avery Healthcare is a leading provider of luxury elderly care homes, and we're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team.
Job OverviewThis role involves providing high-quality care to our residents, working closely with the management team to ensure seamless service delivery. You will be responsible for undertaking nursing tasks, advising families and GPs, and supervising staff within the care team.
About the Role- You will be required to act as person in charge, standing in for the Manager as needed, and ensuring high standards of care are maintained.
- Your focus will be on providing accurate assessment and planning, undertaking medication distribution, dressings, catheterisation, tube feeding, and managing chronic medical conditions.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dedicated team, supporting each other to deliver exceptional care. Your strong interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities will be essential in this position.
Requirements- You must hold a First Level qualification and current NMC Registration.
- At least 2 years' experience and up to-date knowledge of care, supported by relevant post-basic studies/qualification.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to instruct and demonstrate care activities.
- Sound knowledge of care planning and its practical application.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £35,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role also includes benefits such as a DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
