The role you will play in this journey is that of a Physiotherapy Specialist responsible for delivering person-centred physiotherapy based on the individual needs of our residents. You will use best practice methods to build positive relationships with our diverse cohort of residents and contribute to effective communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate the physio and mobility program according to residents' needs and preferences
  • Manage resources effectively within an established budget
  • Practice professional care standards related to the physio program, including assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Communicate effectively with residents and their representatives
  • Conduct regular resident assessments and evaluations
  • Participate in clinical meetings and stay informed about relevant standards and regulations

Salary Information: An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise required for this position. This remuneration includes benefits such as employee assistance programs, free flu vaccinations, financial discounts, and parking facilities.
