Care Support Worker

At Avery Healthcare, we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of personal care to our residents, ensuring their dignity and respect at all times.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist residents with their personal hygiene care, promoting independence and dignity.
• Recognise and understand clinical risk areas, such as weight loss, pressure sores, and infections, and escalate any identified risks in a timely manner.
• Act courteously towards residents and their visitors, respecting their individuality and dignity.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to live our values of caring, supportive, honest, respectful, and accountable. Experience is not required, as we offer a thorough induction and training programme to ensure your confidence in the role. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate initiative, and be respectful towards residents and other people in the home.
