About the Role
">As a Personal Care Support Worker with Home Instead, you will provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients in their own homes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication administration.
- Support clients with personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance.
- Accompany clients on outings and social activities, promoting their mental and physical well-being.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided, ensuring seamless communication with our team.
Your Qualifications:
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Be right to work in the UK.
Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week.
