Your Role at Signature
As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents' care plans, ensuring they are adhered to by all team members. You will also be responsible for performing care assistant duties with residents as required.

- Lead and manage a team of care assistants

- Perform care assistant duties with residents as required
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents
