Care Team Leader

Your Role at Signature
As a Care Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting a team of care assistants, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to provide exceptional care to our residents. You will lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence and a passion for delivering high-quality care.
You will also be responsible for monitoring and reviewing residents' care plans, ensuring they are up-to-date and aligned with their individual needs. You will work closely with the care team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, and will be responsible for performing care assistant duties as required.
As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will be the point of contact for any concerns or issues that arise during the night shift. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, and will work closely with the care team to ensure that all residents receive the care and support they need.
