We are seeking a compassionate Speech and Language Therapist who shares our passion for supporting young individuals and making a positive impact on their lives. As an integral member of our team, you will be committed to delivering high-quality therapy services that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Social Skills Groups: Lead weekly therapy sessions for children on your caseload, fostering a supportive environment that encourages social growth and development.
  • Assessments and Reports: Conduct comprehensive assessments and compile detailed reports to inform teaching strategies and support student progress.
  • Annual Reviews: Attend annual reviews to provide expert insights and recommendations for student support.

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  • Registered Speech and Language Therapist with the RCSLT and HCPC

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience working with students with dyslexia and co-occurring difficulties
  • Familiarity with autistic spectrum conditions
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
