About the Role

As a Regional Senior Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius. This varied position involves monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording important observations. You will work closely with the care team to ensure that every resident receives the best possible care and support.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual with a background in elderly care. You will need a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry and relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. Ideally, you will also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. You will be passionate about supporting the wellbeing of residents and have excellent communication skills.

Person Specification

Essential
  • A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential with a view to complete an NVQ 3, a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry is required. Ideally, you'll also have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
