You will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants, working closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care and support
- Support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
- Respect the dignity and preferences of our residents, creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment
We are looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualised care and support. You should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. You will have the opportunity to develop your career through ongoing training and development opportunities.
