About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Regional Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents across a 20-mile radius.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor the delivery of care when on duty
  • Contribute to the person-centred care planning process for each resident
  • Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks
  • Provide support and companionship to residents
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a background in care and a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential, with a view to completing an NVQ 3. You will also need a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry and a C or above in GCSE English and Maths.
